Healing as one Community

Dear Valle Verde 5,
A few days ago we initiated a project of feeding lunch to 300 people from Barangay Ugong that are impacted by this crisis -  particularly daily wage earners.
Together with the Barangay, we were able to identify recipients of these lunch packs. We were also able to work with a supplier impacted by this crisis, and worked with them to cook the food fresh in time for the Barangay to pick up and distribute. 
This initiative will continue every Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays until the end of the Enhanced Community Quarantine period.
This initiative is funded fully by generous donors in our OWN Village - you know who you are! We have raised enough funds through pledges to ensure we can cover all the days within the period. In the words of our Barangay Kapitana Lizbeth Santiago: Maraming maraming salamat po👍🙏
Everyday we see our Village homeowners helping the community internally and externally.
